The CarsArrive Mobile application is a fully functional tool that allows an auto transporter and its drivers the ability to perform the following actions: • Track and Review Assigned, Picked Up and Delivered Shipments• Search by VIN and Load ID• Create and store Electronic BOL and Proof of Delivery• Record and report all status changes (Pick Up, Delivery, etc.)• Email and fax completed electronic Bill of Lading and ePOD• Establishes GEO Stamp (longitude, latitude, timestamp) on each statuschange and signature event• Enables photography of vehicle and embeds photos in ePOD and Inspection• Records Loose Item inspections of vehicle• Records damage to each panel of vehicle• Obtain Signatures at pickup and delivery • Review previous inspections• Email and Fax copy of inspection1. App refuses to work, refuses to take pictures and CarsArrive refuses to update the app. I would stop using it if I could. Absolutely useless company. I would give it negative stars if possible.
Poor app , needs a complete update. You guys want us to update and complete work with the app but pictures keep crashing and multiple times it closes out and I have to redo the inspection report Invest some of your money that your low balling carriers on to the app If you want us to atleast do the work And if you do update it,.. when there are multiple cars being picked up and delivered to and from the same location.. let's try to simplify it and get one signature and not 9 for every car
Too many problems and crashes
Well I see and I hear all you guys as problems I've had in myself so my suggestion is I'm going to make a new app that's better free and called cars arrive to I will let you all know when it's done I guarantee it won't have any of these problems
The app works really bad. Very many glitches...
Doesnt work correctly it does not put cars in picked up side after inspection
Wont work
My drivers are having problems with completing the condition reports, showing the loads picked up, show them delivered, accessing the loads on their apps that we have assigned to them. Recently, App hasn't been updating vehicle pick-ups and deliveries submitted on my user account, although it shows current vehicle status on the admin's account.
Spotty..has major connection issues..not easy to use
